Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Shipping time starts after your order leaves our facility. You’ll receive tracking by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many countries. Available options and rates appear at checkout. Duties/taxes are collected by customs and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email support@evervale.store immediately. We can update or cancel only before fulfillment begins.
My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t have it—what now?
First check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. If still missing after 24 hours, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help investigate.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes, via eligible methods (often USPS). Some expedited or express services may be unavailable.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return window?
30 days from delivery. One opened bottle per product type is eligible for a refund on first-time purchases of that product; other units must be unopened.
How do I start a return?
Email support@evervale.store with your order number and reason. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Do you offer exchanges?
Please return for a refund and place a new order—this is fastest.
How do returns work for bundles?
Bundles must be returned in full. The one-bottle guarantee applies to one unit in the bundle; remaining units must be unopened.

Is Evervale for me?
Evervale supports wellness for any size, any gender, and a wide range of lifestyles—from daily movers to dedicated athletes. Always review ingredients and consult your healthcare professional if you have questions.
Are your supplements FDA-approved?
Dietary supplements are regulated but not “approved” by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant/nursing, on medication, or with a medical condition.
Where can I see ingredients and usage directions?
Each product page lists full ingredients, suggested use, and key benefits. Always follow the label directions.
Are your products made in the USA?
Our products are produced with trusted U.S. partners and fulfilled in the United States.
Payments & Subscriptions
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay (via Stripe), and PayPal. Availability can vary by device and region.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions auto-renew at the selected interval until you pause or cancel in your account before the next renewal. Delivered orders follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to order?
No—checkout as a guest is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, manage subscriptions, and view history.

Shipping Policy
Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.
- Standard (US): ~3–6 business days
- Expedited (US): ~2–3 business days

Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for orders placed on evervale.store.
- Unopened items: Full refund to original payment method.
- Opened items (supplements): One-bottle satisfaction guarantee per product type on your first purchase of that product; additional units must be unopened.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Start a return: Email help@evervale.store with your order number. We’ll provide an RMA and instructions. Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days with photos.
